NOTING: That the writing and passing of Trade Policy #01 was very rushed. NOTING: That Trade Policy #01 contains conditions that are extremely harmful to some nations. - The complete removal of all tariffs on agricultural goods is inherently harmful to any ULN nation which has a primarily Agrarian economy, or a weak agricultural market.
- With the exception of Corporatist states, Companies do not levy tariffs.
- Any company evading a nation's tariff would be violating said nation's own laws. Sending each case of tax evasion to the ULN supreme court would be a lengthy and expensive process that is each nation's own right to handle.
NOTING: that tariffs are primarily protectivist in nature and as such are levied by nations to protect their own economies - If an agrarian nation, or nation with a weak or growing agricultural market, were forced to remove tariffs on imported goods, their own producers would be unable to compete with the massive influx of foreign goods, destroying their economy/agriculture.
HEREBY: Repeals ULN Trade Policy #01 so that a new policy can be written that is less harmful towards some member nations.
