Restart of the Talibastian War?
During the peace talks concerning the Talibastian war it was decided that election was to be held in order to choose who would rule Talibastain.
Following the vote it was decided that Talibastain would be a Republic under a new government. Denying both the Emir an Caliph the right to rule Talibastain. As a response both leaders of the respective sides joined forces in refusing to acknowledged the results. The Emirate of New Alabasta supported them and state that the voting was rigged. As a result New Alabasta has keep is military presence in support of the dissenters and stated that it will try to create an independent state which violets all terms made during the peace talks. As a response Tehraan has made an Ultimatum stating that New Alabasta had to stop down its support of the dissenters or they would be forcefully removed from Talibastain. In the current situation continues the ceasefire will be broken and Talibastain war will begin anew.
Other News:
Voting is now open for all members of the United League of Nations for the position of council membership. There are seven people running for they six positions, they are Swkoll, Finium, Inkarzikan, Sans Frontieres, Tecknoko, Trolololistan, and Maltropia.
