1 - Structure
1.1 - Council
The council is made up of five members elected members and the United League of Nations founder, New Korongo. The council is tasked with making the decisions of the United League of Nations.
1.2 - Council Decisions
The council makes decisions by voting, four or more members of the council must support a decision for it to be made. If there is a three to three vote New Korongo will have the final decision.
1.3 - Voting Council Members
The first five members of the council will be picked by New Korongo, from there an election will be held every two RL months.
1.4 - Quick Reaction Force
The quick reaction force is the military arm of the United League of Nations. It is meant to act as a force that can be quickly deployed into a conflict to support member nations.
2 - Goals
2.1 - Defence
One of the goals of the United League of Nations is to provide military and economic support to it’s members if they are attacked by an enemy nation.
2.2 - Anti-Terrorism
Another goal of the United League of Nations is to stop terrorism around the globe by military and police action.
2.3 - Disaster Relief
Providing Disaster Relief to member nations who have suffered a natural disaster such as an earthquake or tsunami is another goal of the Unite League of Nation.
2.4 - Economic Support
The United League of Nations has a goal of providing economic support for it’s members.
3 - Rules
3.1 - WMDs
The United League of Nations prohibits it’s members from using WMDs in a first strike scenario.
3.2 - Attacking UNL Members
Member nations of the United League of Nations are prohibited from entering a war against other members unless permission is given by the council.
4 - Ejection
4.1 - Council Vote
Any member of the United League of Nations can be ejected and/or banned by a vote by the council.
4.2 - Majority Vote
Any member of the United League of Nations can be ejected if the majority of the United League of Nations wishes to have them ejected.
4.3 - Banned
A nation can be banned from entering the United League of Nations by a council vote, this ban can only be lifted by the council.
