Ideas For the ULN

Before I go making a Proposal for this idea of mine, I would like to have the suggestions and opinions of All of the Member Nations of the ULN. The Idea is to build(or Make) a RP Training Facility(Most Probably a Camp or something) to help Improve the Member Nations RPing Skills. We already have experienced of the war-games when Former member, Christantle, made one for the ULN. So instead of having random ideas for Rping for the ULN, I think we could make a facility where we could use to hold weekly/ daily/ monthly we could have a RP training between member nations of the ULN. It doesn't have to be about war, it could also be about Diplomacy or trade talks. Anything to help improve the ULN Rping reputation.

Next, I would like to suggest we Make another In NationsStates.net forum as the Official ULN 'Site'.
I have this idea of using the Current one as A Sign-up Thread for the ULN, then creating another for Official IC use.

Could be done, I think a RP traning facility would be good for our members.
