UNDERSTANDING that the ULN has experienced many conflicts.

NOTING that a ULN Arms Industry can help provide the ULN with the best of all arms from what all the ULN Member Nations could provide

NOTING that a ULN Arm Industry could significantly boost the ULN 's economically in Arms Trade

DECIDING that the ULN Arm Industry should be made up of several nations which would improve the ULN Weaponry in case of external conflict

HEREBY CREATES a ULN Arm Industry, which would


* Be composed of several active nations that have experience in Weapon Manufacturing
* Have a chairman who would be elected by an election and would approve all Weapon(s) Designs sent to it by telegram before publication of them.
* Not Create Weapons of Mass Destruction as to prevent the misuse of such dangerous weapons

We think it sounds interresting but we are not sure if centralizing the weapons industry would be beneficial to the members economy. Say for example we let this ULN arms manufacturer build our tanks, how does our arms industry benefit from it?

Maltropia disagrees. It limits the right of arms companies to determine to whom they sell, and would force tasks upon the nations of the ULN. Surely the existing method works fine, with the military and equipment supplied by members having served adequately thus far? Is the Sans Frontieres delegate suggesting our current methods are incorrect?

No, I'm not suggesting that your methods are incorrect, rather What I'm trying to is to help provide ULN Member nations with better equipments by having a group of nations with Experience with Arms Manufacturing build stronger and better equipments for ULN nation in case of a Conflict. The economy would improve as well because selling of this Weapons to Nations that are not a ULN Member would also improve the Economy but We have to see who we are selling this weapons to. And note that that is the only time this Arm Industry can have the choice to Choose who and who not to sell to whereas when it comes to ULN Member nations they dont have that choice to choose.
And next This Boost the ULN's economy as in the Funds used in the ULN, but Member of the Arm industry can earn 45 % of the profit that the ULN Arm Industry Earned when they sell the guns that the nation had designed. Sure its not a full prove plan but I woud like to emphasize more on Providing Better weapons and Equipments to ULN Member Nations in case of a conflict.
