Therefore, it is agreed. We will ignore any unnecessary arguments with SyndiKika and knowing that Latnya is still not accepting the withdrawal of our nation's declaration of war. The ULN shall assist the UFCN if SyndiKika shall fire first. But, if Latnya shall be the one to fire, it is only a matter between the whole UFCN bloc and Latnya alone, not concerning the ULN anymore.

I reccomend this as a treaty between our organizations - that if both the UFCN and ULN has mutual enemy, therefore, both parties shall be inclined to cooperated in each other until the conflict has been resolved.

I don't know what the eventual decision of the ULN will be, but I have 56,250 soldiers, along with tanks and other support units, available for use in this conflict if needed. I also have 3 million soldiers total in reserve (roughly 4% of my current population of 75 million). I am willing to devote up to a third of my active military force, if need be. I am not in an active conflict, and the only military units that are serving are two airborn divisions on refugee escort from the lands of Abudele and Anarchiesta.
